About Susan

Susan understands how overwhelming separation and co-parenting can feel. With 20+ years of experience working alongside families in high-conflict situations, she helps parents find practical solutions that keep children’s needs at the heart of every decision.

As a Certified Specialist in Parenting Coordination, a Certified Specialist in Family Law Mediation, and holding Certificate in Children’s Mental Health, Susan brings both expertise and compassion to her work. She provides Voice of the Child Reports so children have a safe way to express their thoughts and feelings, Parenting Plans to guide smoother co-parenting, and Divorce Coaching and Parent Coaching to offer tools, strategies, and encouragement during difficult transitions.

Susan’s approach is supportive, clear, and focused on helping parents move forward with less conflict and more confidence so children can feel secure and thrive in two homes.

Susan is also the author of Raising Peace: A Guide for Co-Parenting After Divorce, an interactive resource designed to help parents reduce conflict, strengthen communication, and create a calmer path forward for their families, as well as Zach and Zoe and the Two-House Family, a beautifully illustrated children’s book that gently helps young readers understand life between two homes. Through relatable storytelling and built-in reflection questions, Zach and Zoe’s journey supports children ages 4–10 in navigating family changes with confidence, while giving parents, mediators, teachers, and counselors practical tools to open conversations about emotions, resilience, and the love that connects families—no matter how they are structured.
